I am trying to access my PC using my laptop for non-commerical purposes. I have set up my an account assignment and "manage this device" with my account and allowed for unattended, remote easy access. The TeamViewer account is still existing just without a license. A TeamViewer account can only be deleted by the account owner. So if you have access to the account or if you are able to reset the password for that account, you should be able to delete the account afterwards.
