Jun 2, 2013 · I'm tooling up to put on the itb's on my SBC. I was planning on running filter socks (UNI filter) because of the lack of underhood space for an airbox on top of the engine and lack of place to put a properly size airfilter which can draw in cool air.

I've gone thru a few different setups with my triumph ITB setup. At first I used some UNI foam filters without a velocity stack under them. This filtered the air but didn't handle lean pops very well - the foam ended up splitting near the flange on 4 of the 6.

Oct 12, 2017 · I'm working on ITBs for my Toyota Altezza with the plan of using the big pipercross sausage filter. I've done a test fit and there isn't room for it without making a bunch of other changes, like relocating the clutch fluid reservoir which I'd rather not do.

Nov 8, 2007 · universal uni foam pod filters may be your best bet. UP4152 is 1.75"ID x 2.75"OD x 4" long. they make actual 40mm and 45mm carb filters (which i am running) but not 48mm ones.
