I bought a VW Eos, silver with black interior in May. It has leaked at every rain. Of course they couldn't never find the problem. Well last week we had icy rain and my driver's door had icicles coming down from the area above the windows and it dripped down the bottom of the door and found it also along the seat gears on the floor.

VW Has a leakeage solution for all EOS now. 2007 & 2008 EOS are the ones with the most issues, not just leaking, I had to replace the window motors in my cat twice, the breaks squeek terribly, I had a problem with the functilnality of the roof, it squeeks and makes a lot of what the dealer calls "body flex noises" inside, my battery died after ...

I think all VW EOS should be recalled as lemons! I had the seals replaced along with every thing else in the car - it was practically rebuilt. I am not sure if this has been discussed previously as I am new to this site and couldn't see a thread with this exact issue and question I have surrounding it. IMO the EOS is the better car (eos an g6) because for a lower MSRP, it offers more features. Don't discount the Eos on power because the v6 is right around the corner. Hopefully when Vws new diesel engine is made, we'll see a Jetta, Eos, Passat, Rabbit, and Gti diesel (touareg gets v10 so doesn't count for this.).
