Dec 15, 2017 · Its Rare, but massively devalued since hextechs came out, it was super rare before but not anymore. It's perhaps one of the most rare skins in the game in a way that not many people have it. (though since the loot system more people started getting rare skins)

Jul 8, 2021 · It's one of those 2011 Skins that look like shit, but noone has. It's a legacy skin which means it's not available for regular purchase. So yes, it's rare in the sense that it's harder to get than your average skin, but honestly it's probably only rare because everybody always rerolls it (like most old legacy skins it looks awful)
