Sep 3, 2021 · We would get gifts like you mentioned but we’d also have a raffle where a slightly more expensive gift would be given away. We had a masseuse give 5-10 minute massages. Honestly I don’t think you can go wrong no matter what you do. I love pens, note pads, key chains, candy…doesn’t take much to make a vet tech happy!

Oct 21, 2023 · Most states require you get an associates from an accredited vet tech program to take the VTNE especially states that have licenses. I did the Penn Foster program and they do offer lectures but as far as visuals go there could be improvements but the externships if you have a good clinic teach you A LOT.

It will be for vet tech week and they will be winning a prize by the end of the week. Any suggestions will be appreciated. We work at a small animal and exotic clinic. Again any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Oct 17, 2023 · Vet Tech week is for RVTs, technicians (those working to be RVTs in the near future), and assistants. Other staff (doctors, management reception, kennel, grooming) are welcome to take part in eating the food that is purchased by management. We got pizza yesterday and everyone there got a slice or two if they wanted some.

Nov 23, 2019 · My one doctor hospital is open 9-7 on Mondays, 9-5 the rest of the week. Wednesday is procedure day, so a relief vet comes in with his tech for appointments that day while we are in surgery. I work all day MWF, which means 8am-whenever we're actually done with appointments and cleaning.
