Apr 24, 2024 · I installed Software Version 3.03 this morning on my 2021 XC40 recharge. The installation took about 30 minutes. The software appeared to work normally for the first 4 minutes. The software reboots or resets every 4 minutes. The FM radio or Sirius will stop working first.

Jul 3, 2024 · Did the update yesterday and it seems more stable than the 3.0.3 version so far. The whole response of the infotainment has gotten faster especially the AC. The reverse cam flickering is fully sorted.

Apr 4, 2024 · An unconfirmed rumor surfaced today on another forum which claims that the 3.0 update is launching on Monday (update 3.0.3 to be more specific). The only confirmed changelog for now is that traffic sign recognition by the onboard camera is improved for MY24.5 cars (cars produced from week 46 of 2023).

Updates in software version 3.0.3 (This OTA update excludes vehicles running on software version 2.10 or older as well as B4 and B5 variants built before October 3, 2022. These customers are welcome to visit their retailer for the latest software.)

This is only relevant in model year 2024 cars. Activating air circulation manually now also activates air conditioning to avoid condensation on the windscreen.
