Jun 5, 2024 · DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — The Decatur Police Department has announced that the investigation into a 2011 murder has at long last resulted in an arrest. It was the night of Aug. 4, 2011, when two men tried to rob 17-year-old Caleb Witty and his 14-year-old sister at on Johns Avenue and 22nd Street.
