Wahiduddin Mahmud (born 1 July 1948) is an economist from Bangladesh. He has been serving as an adviser of the interim government of Bangladesh since 16 August 2024. [1] [2] He is a member of the United Nations Committee for Development Policy.

Dr. Wahiduddin Mahmud obtained his PhD in economics from Cambridge University, and was a Professor of Economics at the University of Dhaka. He was the Former member of the Caretaker Government of Bangladesh in charge of the Ministry of Finance and Planning.

Dr. Wahiduddin Mahmud received his Ph.D. in Economics from Cambridge University and served as Professor of Economics at Dhaka University. He was Adviser to the Caretaker Government of Bangladesh for the Ministry of Finance and Planning.
