Allah سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ is Al-Waahid (in Arabic: ٱلْوَٰحِدُ), the One and only God. There is no alternative. He is the sole originator from which all has arisen. He has no partners or relationships. None is equal to Him.

Allah is the One (Who is One “al-Wahid”), i.e., the One who does not have a partner with Him in Godhood, and no one deserves to be worshipped other than Him. Allah said in Surat Al-Baqarah verse #163: ﴿وَإِلهُكُمْ إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ﴾ سورة البقرة. This verse means: [Your God is one – without a partner].

“Al-Wahid” is one of Allah’s 99 Names. The meaning of Al-Wahid is “The One, The Unique” Quranic Verses with Al-Wahid And your god is one God. There is no deity [worthy of worship] except Him, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqarah 2:163) They have certainly disbelieved who say, " Allah is the third of three."

Allah is Al-Wahid (الواحد), The One. He is the One who is unique and singular in His existence, without any partners or equals in His divine sovereignty.
