The waterfall frog or torrent tree frog (Ranoidea nannotis) is a frog from Australia. Scientists have seen it between 180 and 1300 metres above sea level. [1][2][3] The adult male frog is 3.2 to 5.2 cm long and the adult female frog is 4.8 to 5.9 cm long. This frog lives in fast-flowing streams in rainforests and other forests.

The waterfall frog is primarily nocturnal, sheltering in refuges behind waterfalls or between in-stream rocks during the day from which they occasionally emerge to bask in the splash zone. Several animals may aggregate in these diurnal refuges.

Sep 11, 2011 · So my new frog, Priscilla and I are considering adding a waterfall to her enclosure. Has anyone used one from zoo med or exo terra? I'd love some feed back on cleaning, depth (Priscilla isn't much for swimming) and how well they work over all. Also, since this is my first frog, is this a good way to help keep humidity up?
