Apr 8, 2022 · Hey all - couple of questions on wheels. I currently have the 21" R-Design wheels on my MY18 T8 XC60. Wondering: Is it worth it to "upgrade" to the 22" Volvo wheels? How's the ride difference? I have air suspension FWIW. Does anybody have pictures of powder coated, dipped, or wrapped OEM Volvo 22" Wheels? Same question for 21" R-Design Wheels?

Jun 26, 2022 · The manual says you can go as small as 18-inch on the XC60 T8, anyway, and have no problems with the brake size. Current Volvo: 2022 XC60 T8 Extended Range. Past Volvos: 1985 240DL wagon; 1999 V70 wagon, 2001 V70 XC wagon [all bought new]

Mar 2, 2019 · I also ADDED 22" wheels on my 2018 XC60 in the summer time. The package came with the fender extension that my local Volvo dealer put on. I use the stock 19" that came on the vehicle for winter months.

Jan 19, 2018 · On the 22in wheels they do. Everything else keeps the standard fenders. Its essentially an "Urban Styling Pack" for the XC60 like the 90 had.

Jun 27, 2022 · It has 20" wheels with the 255 45 20 tires. The ride is a little harsher than the one I test drove, which it turned out had the 19" wheel package. I'm just wondering if it's worth it to replace my wheels with smaller ones with higher sidewalls to improve the ride. Has anyone done it? What was the ride quality upgrade?

Oct 1, 2019 · One of the reasons I went with the inscription over the R-design, I wanted the 18" wheels on the inscription, cheaper tires and a better ride. The current fad for bigger and bigger wheels is so lame to me. Gimme 18" on sedans and 20" on SUVs but no bigger. No kidding. These wheels are just too big, but whatever floats OP's boat.
