Feb 4, 2013 · I have one of these kits in my 98 zx9 dragbike. It came with needles and clips, 4 or 5 different jet sizes, pilots. I was at one size bigger on the pilots to get rid of a lean "pop" on deacceleration and shift points. Put on dyno and what we ended up doing was blocking off an air passage in the carbs because A/F ratio was way off!

Sep 6, 2006 · This bike has #42 pilot jets and screws 1.5 out so its set up very rich. I'll have #38s in it Sunday so I'll see if that helps reduce it more. Anyone thought of installing a LED A/F mixture gauge?
