Mar 24, 2020 · I installed zoom via the Google Play Store (+1 for Max3 using Android 9), joined a meeting that I had created on my laptop, and clicked on share, and selected the "Share Whiteboard". It worked, but there was almost a 2-3 second lag between moving my screen and the scribbles appearing on both the Max3 and my laptop screen.

Aug 29, 2022 · Since the new Zoom whiteboard was launched in April there have been a few improvements. Version 5.11.9 released on Aug 22 brought us some key new features, like templates, infinite canvas, more shapes and text formatting. Zoom finally has a state of the art whiteboard that I think plays in the same league as the Microsoft whiteboard.

The GUI and user experience looks good to me, but there are still some missing features that won‘t make people switch to it from Miro or Mural. And there are still some bugs. Aug 6, 2022 · I’m an engineer and not artistic (hence art isn’t a consideration at all), but I think using a Wacom tablet for whiteboarding / diagramming sessions (on Zoom) with my team would make a lot of sense. I’m considering the Wacom Intuos Medium (CTL-6100WL), One by Wacom Medium (CTL-672), as well as the Wacom One (DTC133).

Jul 1, 2020 · The i5-5200U CPU has more than enough power to run Zoom + a shared whiteboard app (like Microsoft Whiteboard, Google Jamboard, OneNote, etc.) + a browser with a dozen tabs open. There are plenty other pen-enabled business laptops out there in the used/refurbished market like Dell Latitude 2-in-1, HP Elitebook x360, Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga, etc.

Aug 11, 2020 · On Zoom Windows 10 (latest version) if I do New Share > Whiteboard, I can paste TEXT from Word, but I first have to click the Text tool then click on the white board to create a text element. Then paste (ctrl-v) works.

Sep 2, 2020 · My laptop uses an integrated and dedicated GPU with AMD crossfire (crappy setup lol). If I change my application preferences in AMD graphics settings from 'high performance' to 'power saving', then the graphics card used for the display is the same as what is running zoom, so the tools work and the software isn't totally confused.

Apr 26, 2022 · To clarify, if I access the whiteboard via Firefox I have a fully feature set along with the ability to paste images to the whiteboard. When I'm using the zoom program I am unable to paste images to the whiteboard. The program is fully updated and on Windows.
