Arenas; his peak obliterates the others. Davis was very good, and better than Arenas on D when he chose to be, but Arenas was far better on O. Davis had a fairly strong peak regardless of his unimpressive scoring; his playmaking was strong. 08 was clearly his best season. But Arenas at his peak was operating on a different level than even that.

Who beats their chest about scoring 27 points in a close victory over a 20 year old rookie on one of the worst franchises in the league at that time? I know Stockton wouldn't.

May 8, 2024 · Gilbert Arenas is one of the biggest know-nothings in the current NBA media landscape and is an insecure tribalistic knucklehead who hates European players. Maybe what he's saying is true, I doubt it, but he can hardly be relied upon as an impartial source here.
