May 29, 2006 · Dear Scott As said...it has been proven and is even accepted by doctors who do not really accept most "facts" now proven about Lyme and tick borne diseases, that many parisites...including fleas, ticks, mites, mosquitos, gnats, many kind of flies...well, I am sure I am making my point, are quite capable of transmitting Lyme and its co infectors.

Jan 18, 2003 · I also experienced slurred speech. I had two negative Elisa tests for Lyme until I finally found a doctor on the Lyme Disease foundation website by using the physician search. He did a flourescent antigen test that cost $250 and not covered by insurance, but it did test positive for Lyme and also babeosis.

Mar 22, 2006 · I Have been suffiering from Chronic Canker sores since I was 2. My Lyme Doctors told me it was part of the Lyme. My Canker sores are not contagious. But very painful. And I have had about 6 this month. I basically get them monthly. I am wondering If There are any other ppl with Lyme that also have chronic Canker sore

Aug 25, 2007 · Does anyone know how long it takes for a Lyme disease test result to come back?...I went to my Gp and had the test done on Friday. I had a letter the following weds (3 working days later) asking me to phone my GP as he wants to discuss my results. I went away for a few days and just got the letter, so I cant ring up until after the bank holiday.
