I'm sitting a bit of a distance from the tv so don't know if that's the problem and I can't confirm the resolution on the Netflix app because my control does not a info button but has an "extra" button.

Assuming smoothing is applied by the TV when it runs at 120Hz, then the result for the Windows Netflix App should be the same as the result for the WebOS Netflix App.

Feb 18, 2024 · To get 4K and 5.1 on my pc, I use the Netflix Windows App. It worked for the past few months, but since yesterday I can only get 960x540. I tested several movies and shows, same problem everywhere. On my TV and in Chrome I get higher resolutions, so account and speed seem to work, even with the same videos.
