Taro Mochi Donuts 🍩💜 These are pillowy soft baked donuts, crispy on the outside with an amazing, chewy texture unlike any other traditional donut. I made them with the Taro Mochi Baking Mix that was kindly gifted to me by Fill Bakeshop together with their uniquely beautiful pans 🌸 I then topped them with a homemade ube glaze with the prettiest color thanks to ube flavoring (recipe below) and drizzled some of them with white chocolate.
