The California State Legislature returns this week at the State Capitol here is Sacramento. In honor of this week, Jared letterpress printed, using our Washington hand press, an electrotype of the State Capitol building in the 1890s. This cut is from the Lewis Winter Collection and was made 125-130 years ago.
