The Shag (smooth & wavy) ⬇️ Here’s a variation of the Shag. In this variation I hold and cut the fringe at a lower elevation for a heavier feeling around the edge. I then use the fringe length to frame the face to the exterior length. I finally layer the interior by using the length at the apex cutting a flat line from front to back (more layers) pivoting off the apex, lifting each section up to the ceiling. For less layering angle your fingers and elbow up (pull away from what you want to keep)
